Jolie-Pitt Kids Demand a Wedding

You know its modern times when the children are applying the pressure to their parents to get married! It used to be a couple’s parents who wanted a marriage and then children but oh, how times have changed.  Now we here that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s children are “putting on the heat” for them to get married.

Brad and Angelina have been together since 2005 and together raise six children – Maddox, 10, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. In an interview with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres Brad said: “The kids are putting on the heat. They really are.”

There is a major obstacle in the way of this marriage since Brad and Angelina have always maintained they would not wed until gay marriage is made legal throughout the USA.

Brad said: “We live in this great country that is about freedom. It is defined by our freedom and equality and yet we allow this discrimination to go on every day and that’s not what we’re about.”

When asked by Ellen if gay marriage was legal, they would marry immediately, Brad replied: “It seems.”

Brad also discussed the furor over comments he made about his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, in which he is quoted saying he “pretended the marriage was something it wasn’t.” Brad says he feels his statement was taken out of context: “I don’t know what was pieced together or put together. It has no reference to the past. And I think it’s a shame that I can’t say something nice about Angie without Jen being dragged in. You know, she doesn’t deserve it.”
