Kendra Wilkinson Admits Her Struggles And Fears After Giving Birth To Baby Hank, Says ‘It’s All About Finding The Balance In Life’

Reality TV star, Kendra Wilkinson, has opened up on her blog how she adjusted on life with baby Hank and – once again – admits that she struggled to deal with her body weight and how people would portray her. As we all know, a lot of celebrities go on extreme diets after having their baby to look their best when the camera shoots them but for Kendra, it was the complete opposite.

Her show, Kendra, which airs on E!, the former Playboy star had previously shown how Wilkinson was so confused with motherhood that she had to fly her Mother, Patti out to her home in Los Angeles to guide her on how to do certain things. She revealed:

Motherhood is a big life changer and it happened overnight. There are many women who suffer from postpartum depression and I was one of those women. After lil Hank was born, I was doing everything I could for him but I lost myself and I got frustrated. I had a lot of body issues and felt that I couldn’t be as sexy as I was before.

It’s all about finding the balance everywhere in your life. I’m so blessed to have such great family and friends in my life. Hank was so great during that tough time. I’m that same Kendra from the Playboy Mansion but just more grown-up now.
