Rihanna

Bad news for Rihanna. She will be getting a few thousand less in endorsements. Skincare company Nivea has allegedly FIRED the singer as spokesperson due to her outrageous behavior. Outrageous behavior? Who? Rihanna? Nooooo.

Sure she may have appeared in a series of ads for the company and Nivea also sponsored her Loud world tour, but apparently as of late, Nivea has been none too excited about Rihanna’s extracurricular lifestyle that involves hardcore boozy nights and uncontrollable antics.

New head of Nivea’s parent company Beiersdorf Stefan Heidenreich isn’t thrilled that Nivea hired on Rihanna in the first place. He was quoted as saying, “The advert starring Rihanna was a no go. I do not understand how Nivea can be brought into association with Rihanna. Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability.”

Unfortunately the company had the final say in releasing the topless ads for their 100 Years Skincare for Life campaign and even released the following statement in regards to the launch of the campaign, “We are excited to have Rihanna supporting us in our celebration and building a new generation of fans.”

In other words, it isn’t just fans that have been shocked by Ri’s most recent behavior.
